Last week our construction team:

• Finished pouring the last of the building's footings and stem walls.
• Prepped for slabs in certain quadrants with backfill, damp proofing, and reinforcing.
• Set and backfilled two Seattle City Light vaults.
• Began setting steel columns.

This week, we had a big concrete pour today (Monday) to pour slabs in the SW quadrant. The team will continue to set steel columns and beams during the week.
