Join in for a night of warmth, connection, and celebration at The Evergreen School’s 2026 Spring Benefit: Camp Evergreen!

Inspired by the beloved camp experiences our students enjoy each year, this year’s theme brings the joy of exploration to Fremont Studios—think glamping chic more than rugged outdoors. Cozy ambience, twinkling lights, and elevated camp-inspired touches will set the scene for an unforgettable evening.
 

✨ When: Friday, March 20 - Doors Open at 6:00 p.m.
✨ Where: Fremont Studios (155 N 35th St., Seattle)
✨ Attire: Glamping Glam! Elevated camp vibes encouraged!  

Get ready for a night filled with delicious food, spirited entertainment, and inspiring opportunities to support the programs and educators who make Evergreen extraordinary. From the curiosity sparked on outdoor adventures to the confidence built through shared experiences, Camp Evergreen is a tribute to the growth, joy, and community our students discover each year.

Your participation helps ensure every student continues to thrive in our vibrant Evergreen community. Let’s gather ‘round, lift each other up, and make Camp Evergreen a celebration to remember!

Ticket sales will go live Wednesday, February 4 for the 2026 Evergreen School Spring Benefit. We are excited to offer a 10% early bird discount on tickets purchased before Thursday, February 19.  

The event will take place on the evening of Friday, March 20 at Fremont Studios. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. with a pre-party social hour (or two)! The sit-down dinner and program will begin at 8:00 p.m. followed by an after-party with music, drinks (soda, beer, wine, cocktails), and dancing. 

6:00–7:30 p.m.: Pre-party Social: registration, mix and mingle
7:30–8:00 p.m.: Sit for dinner
8:00–9:30 p.m.: Dinner and program
9:30–10:30 p.m.: After-party (Studio B, Fremont Studios)

Donate an Item or Experience

The funds raised from the auction portion of the Spring Benefit contribute significantly to Evergreen's annual fundraising goal, and there would be no auction without your support and creativity! Think about adventures and experiences that you love or that might be unique to your neighborhood. Have a favorite staycation spot, or access to unique behind-the-scenes experiences? Perhaps you have hobbies you can teach and share? If you want to participate but need some ideas, please reach out to [email protected].

Volunteer to Help 

Calling all volunteers! One great way to support the Spring Benefit is with your time. We are looking for volunteers to lend a hand in a number of ways, including pre-event set-up and event night support. Whether you have an hour to give or much more, we are excited to offer many ways you can participate. See all the details when you click the button below.

NOTE ABOUT VOLUNTEERING: All volunteers are welcome to join in for cocktail hour and the after-party. However, if you would like to sit down for dinner and the full program, we ask that you please purchase a ticket. There are various ticket price levels to ensure that every family is able to attend.

Donate Directly to the Paddle Raise

If you are unable to attend the event and would like to raise your paddle in support of our shared mission, you can make a donation here. Your advance support matters! All donations made by 8:00 p.m. the night of the event will be recognized by name (not amount) during the dinner program, unless you choose to remain anonymous. Thank you for supporting The Evergreen School!
