What Guests Can Expect:

Grandparents and special friends will come to campus during assigned times throughout the morning. If they are visiting more than grandchild/student, they are welcome to join during each child's assigned times. (Please have guests arrive 15 minutes before their assigned time.) We will have volunteers on hand to help guests navigate between classrooms. We offer a place for guests to sit and enjoy light refreshments while they wait or during a break between visits.

Due to the size of our spaces, we ask that you try and limit your guests to two, with a maximum of four. Thank you.
 

Important Registration Information:

• Parents and guardians must register their guest(s), by Tuesday, November 11. (Veracross sign-in required.)
• If you have more than one guest household attending, each household requires a separate registration form.
• You will receive a confirmation email from Veracross once you have completed a registration form.  
• If a guest needs access to an elevator, please indicate that on the form.
• Grandparents and special friends will NOT receive a confirmation email. You will need to communicate the times and other details to your guests.
• Parking and Check-in Details: Parents and guardians who have registered guests will receive a reminder email early in the week of the event with specific information, including parking and check-in instructions. Please share this information with your invited guests, as we will not be contacting them directly.
