Preschool to Rising 9th Grade | Open to the Public
Welcome!
For over 30 years, the Evergreen School's robust annual Summer Program has offered local families a range of enriching and appealing summertime activities for their students, offering a wide range of enrichment classes and camps over the course of the season. Each week, you'll find a range of choices for all age groups (preschool through rising 9th grade), from STEM and sports to arts & crafts, writing workshops, cooking and baking, musical theater, and much more. We also offer a dedicated program for children entering preschool and prekindergarten.

Camper Expectations to Share with Your Child
The Evergreen School Summer Program is committed to providing a safe, joyful, and inclusive experience for all campers. The expectations below outline what campers need in order to participate successfully. Please review these before registering, and reach out if you have questions or would like to discuss whether our program is a good fit for your child.
- Show respect to yourself, your fellow campers, staff, and our campus. Use respectful and appropriate language and behavior. Behaviors such as hitting, biting, scratching, pushing, self-harm, or throwing objects will not be tolerated.
- Stay with your group at all times and participate in group activities.
- Listen to and follow directions from staff.
- Leave all electronics in backpacks, including cell phones and smart watches.
- Be kind to others.
- Do not share or trade food.
- Try your best and be open to new experiences.
- Have fun!
Our staff will provide guidance and redirection to support campers in meeting expectations. We partner closely with families to help ensure each camper has a successful experience.
When Additional Support Is Needed:
If a camper is consistently unable to meet these expectations, we may require early pick-up, a day away from camp to reset, or early dismissal from the session.
While our program is not therapeutic and we cannot provide one-to-one support, we strive—when possible—to make reasonable adjustments to help campers succeed. If your child may need additional support, please share relevant information with us within one month of enrollment so we can plan collaboratively. Our Summer Program emphasizes embracing our natural environment; nurturing the creative problem solving, curiosity and thinking skills of our young students; fostering their artistic and imaginative abilities; and providing plenty of opportunities for healthy recreation and socializing. Class sizes remain small, offering students plenty of personal attention to enhance their learning and overall experience.
