Visiting Evergreen

We invite you to get to know our campus through a variety of opportunities. Whether you schedule a tour, join us for our Open House, visit with us during the applicant Visit Day—or all of the above—we hope you'll find a time to visit our campus during this process.

Schedule a Tour

We hope you'll consider joining us for a tour of Evergreen. Tours are optional, but a great way for you to get to know our campus and see classrooms in action. Please use the drop-down menus below to schedule a grade-specific tour.

Please note:

All events are for families exploring Evergreen to start in the 2026-2027 school year.
Tour spaces are limited, and we are only able to accommodate one tour per family unless you're applying for children in multiple divisions.
- If you are applying for children in multiple divisions and wondering which tour you should sign up for, please reach out to the Enrollment Management team at [email protected].
We release tour dates on a rolling basis. If you do not see a date that works for you, check back regularly.
When you reserve a tour spot, please double-check your calendar and make sure you are able to attend. If you do not attend your scheduled tour, we are not able to guarantee another reservation.

All School Open House

It was great to welcome so many interested families at our all-school Open House on Saturday, October 18. If you missed this event, consider signing up for a campus tour, another good way to get a sense of Evergreen.

Explore the Evergreen Middle School Advantage

Middle school is a transformative time, and Evergreen helps students be themselves, know themselves, and grow with confidence. Our inquiry-driven, project-based approach encourages curiosity, creativity, and authentic learning, beyond just grades.

With meaningful leadership opportunities, weekly advisor classes, and a four-week Global Studies trip to places like Vietnam or Peru, Evergreen middle schoolers develop independence, empathy, and a global perspective.

Applicant Visit Days

Visit days allow us to get to know your child a little better and are a required step in the application process. Activities are designed to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience in a mock classroom. Once all of the required forms for your child's application have been received and marked as complete in Ravenna, you'll be able to register for your child's applicant visit. We encourage you to register for the earliest date that has availability and works for your family. Exact time slots will be released in late fall. You will be able to register for these events in Ravenna soon. For now, please note the dates for the following visit days.
