This week, the team:

• Poured the first concrete of the project! Basement and elevator pit footings are poured, and we laid out the level-two footings. 
• Finished up the last of the catch basins on N 150th St and laying pipe for the sewer connection on the west side of the site.

Looking ahead to next week:

Next week we will be continuously running trucks in and out of the site removing soils as we continue to excavate for more of the building footings. Following our foundation pour, we will be starting to form walls in the lower slab area. We will also continue to receive rebar deliveries. Traffic control along N 150th and Burke Ave will remain early in the week, and then transition to only Burke Ave later in the week.
