March 6 Update

Progressing on the Exterior and Interior Too
 
So much happening on the site! Our construction team has shared these recent updates:
  • Roof conduit routing is nearing completion
  • Window install is complete, and we have passed window test inspections
  • Ongoing install of metal flashing at windows and exterior insulation
  • Metal gutter at the south eave of the metal roof is installed
  • Mechanical units have been set in the mechanical room 
  • Drywall, taping, priming, and HVAC ductwork install ongoing in various areas 
  • The electrical switchgear was delivered this week
  • Concrete footings for the exterior steel stair have been poured and backfilled 
  • Prep for the literacy room concrete ramp is nearly complete!
