All School Open House

An open house is a great opportunity to meet faculty, including both grade-level and specialist teachers, and to learn more about Evergreen. This year, our All School Open House will take place on 

Saturday, October 17
9 a.m. - 1 p.m. 

While we love your little ones, due to the nature of the event, we ask that children under 8 stay at home.

Schedule a Tour

We hope you'll consider joining us for a tour of Evergreen. Tours are optional, but a great way for you to get to know our campus and see classrooms in action. Please use the drop-down menus in the registration form to schedule a grade-specific tour. 

Please note:

• All events are for families exploring Evergreen to start in the 2027-2028 school year. 
• Tour spaces are limited, and we are only able to accommodate one tour per family unless you're applying for children in multiple divisions. 
  • If you are applying for children in multiple divisions and wondering which tour you should sign up for, please reach out to the Enrollment Management team at [email protected].
• We release tour dates on a rolling basis. If you do not see a date that works for you, check back regularly.
• When you reserve a tour spot, please double-check your calendar and make sure you are able to attend. If you do not attend your scheduled tour, we are not able to guarantee another reservation. 

IQ Testing and School Admission

(Virtual Webinar held on September 29, 2026, 12-1 p.m.)

Join us to learn more about what an IQ assessment entails with local psychologist Dr. Brandi Casto. In this virtual webinar, you’ll learn what the test is assessing, what happens on test day, get tips on how to talk about the test with your child, and get answers to your top questions.

Please note: The IQ test is a required step for applicants to Kindergarten through 7th grades. Additionally, this webinar will be recorded and made available to anyone who was unable to attend.

Applicant Visit Days

Visit days allow us to get to know your child a little better and are a required step in the application process. Activities are designed to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience in a mock classroom. Applicant visit days are released on a rolling basis in Aryval Enroll. We encourage you to register for the earliest date that has availability and works for your family.
