This week, our team:

• Continued on more catch basin and storm pipe install in the right of way.
• Completed the digging and layout for the basement footings. Next week we start concrete!
• Finished running the sewer piping into the building footprint.

Looking ahead to next week:  
We will be continuously running trucks in and out of the site removing soils as we continue to excavate for more of the building footings. We will also have our first rebar delivery next week! Traffic control along N 150th and Burke Ave will be ongoing all week.
