When you arrive, please find your name tag next to the kindergarten classrooms. Then, check in at the Welcome Table to get tokens for the carnival games. See below for a map of activity locations, detailed descriptions of activities, and the BINGO schedule.

BINGO will take place in the Middle Commons, located on the bottom floor of the Middle School building. All students are invited to take part in one full round of BINGO. The schedule for BINGO rounds is as follows:

 

Round 1 - 3:00 to 3:30 p.m.

Round 2 - 3:30 to 4:00 p.m.

Round 3 - 4:00 to 4:30 p.m.

Round 4 - 4:30 to 5:00 p.m.

 

Each round will have a first, second, and third place winner. All participants will walk away with a prize.

Evergreen’s pumpkin patch can be found in the Courtyard area between the middle school and primary building. Students can select one pumpkin from the patch for decorating. Decorating activities will take place in the Multipurpose Room, with  decorating supplies supplied by volunteers.

 

Homemade concessions can be found in the middle school kitchen, located on the bottom floor of the Middle School building.

 

All carnival activities will take place in the Theater. Activities include a bean bag toss, ring toss, fishing booth and plinko. Students will need to provide a token, obtained from the Welcome Table, to participate in the carnival activities. Candy prizes will be distributed for carnival activity participation. 

 

A face painting booth can be found in the Theater, alongside the carnival activities.
