The Opportunity

The Evergreen School is currently accepting applications for a full-time Infant/Toddler Teacher to work in our "Seedling" daycare program. This is a fun, creative, fast-paced job working with infants and toddlers and a great opportunity for someone with an early childhood education background looking to work one-on-one with this age group. Salary: $27.13/hour. We offer a generous and competitive benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • At least 1+ year experience working in Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both with parents/guardians and children
  • Focus on maintaining a safe, well-organized, and fun environment
  • Ability to take direction and lead when necessary
  • Collaborating with other Seedlings teachers and Program Coordinator
  • Sensitivity to the needs of infants and toddlers
  • Strong passion and desire for working with young children
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience, Education and Desirable Skills

  • 1+ years working with infants/toddlers
  • ECE background preferred
