Faculty and Staff
101 faculty and staff, including 44 full-time faculty, 5 part-time faculty, and 16 teaching assistants. Full-time faculty includes 2 counselors, 2 learning resource teachers, and an instructional coach (dedicated teacher support). Approximately 49% of teaching faculty hold an advanced degree.

Evergreen occupies four and a half acres that include a small forest typical of the Pacific Northwest, as well as distinct wetlands and native vegetation. A recent renovation and addition added significant new classroom and administration buildings, including the BIG Lab, our state-of-the-art makerspace, as well as beautiful outdoor gathering areas and courtyards.

K: Students sample all three language offerings.

Financial Aid
16% of Evergreen families receive need-based financial aid, totaling approximately $1.2 million.

School Hours
Preschool: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
PK–Grade 3: 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Grade 4–Grade 8: 8:20 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Before school care is available to PreK–Grade 8 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. (Beginning in September 2020, before school care will be for K–8 students.)
After school care is available for preschoolers from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and PreK–8 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. 

Clubs and Enrichment Classes
Evergreen offers over 50 after school clubs and enrichment classes over the course of the year. Our chess and math clubs are two of our largest clubs, with nearly 100 students enrolled between the two. Enrichment classes are offered by trimester and include art, drama, fencing, crafting, music, science, technology and world languages.

Sports Program
Over 80% of Evergreen students choose to play an after school sport over the course of the year. We offer:

Summer Program
Over 800 children from across the Seattle metropolitan area enroll during the summer, choosing from 200 enrichment classes and camps, including arts and crafts, music and theater, science and math, sports and games, nature studies, outdoor exploration and more.

Life After Evergreen
