Thank you for your interest in Evergreen

Searching for a school is about finding the right fit for your child and your family. Children should love learning and be eager to come to school each day. They should be surrounded by peers who are similarly motivated and teachers who care deeply about their success.

At Evergreen, we offer all of that and more. By the time our students graduate in 8th grade, they are ready to step out into the larger world with confidence, a greater understanding of themselves and others, and the ability to thrive in high school and beyond.

  • Q: What are the main entry points?

For the upcoming school year, we will be enrolling one preschool class, two prekindergarten classes, and three kindergarten classes. Spaces will be available in all three of those grade levels (typically 14 spaces per class). Additionally, we generally add three spaces to our 1st grade.

Based on attrition, we have limited openings in grades 2 through 5. We typically add more students at 6th grade as an entry point for our Middle School.
  • Q: What is the best age to start?

Most children enter Evergreen in preschool, prekindergarten or kindergarten. Children must meet the following minimum age requirements by August 31:

    Preschool: Three years old*

    Kindergarten: Five years old
*Preschool students must be toilet trained prior to attending the school in the fall.
