The Evergreen School cordially invites grandparents and grand friends to “shadow” their grandchild or grand friend for a portion of the morning. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to share their teachers, friends and our campus with you. We will also be offering campus tours throughout the morning.

Grandparents’ and Grand Friends’ Day TENTATIVE Schedule:
Registration (Theatre): Opens at 8:45 am
Please note that the visitation times vary, so guests do not need to arrive until the child’s designated time.

Classroom Visitation Times:

9:00 - 9:45 a.m. Kindergarten
9:15 - 9:45 a.m. Intermediate (grades 4 & 5)
9:45 - 10:15 a.m. Grades 1 and 2
10:15 - 10:45 a.m. Grade 3
10:45 - 11:30 a.m. Preschool/Prekindergarten
11:00 - 11:30 a.m. Middle (grades 6, 7 & 8)

At registration, guests will receive a packet which includes a campus map and a nametag with the child(ren)’s name(s) and classroom location(s). The reception area will be open from 8:45-11:15 a.m. for them to mingle and enjoy refreshments if you arrive early, have time in between classroom visits, or simply want to relax. Magna Cum Latte Espresso Catering will serve tasty coffee drinks and other beverages. At the visitation times (listed below) staff members, parent volunteers and students will be available to guide guests to that child’s classroom. Guests can feel free to travel between classrooms if they have children in grades with overlapping visitation times.

Invitations will be mailed next month.

Guests will also recieve a parking pass which gives themspecial parking privileges in the school parking lot. We ask that they bring the pass with them to the event.
