2008 Extended-Day Child Care
Before and after child care is $5.65 per hour per child. The school-age before care program opens at 7:00 a.m. and the school-age after care program closes at 6:00 p.m. The preschool after care program closes at 5:30 p.m. The preschool program does not offer before care. Late fees for the after care programs will be charged as follows: $15.00 for the first eleven minutes, $1.00 for every minute after that. There is a minimum monthly fee of $15.00.

The extended-day child care proram is a drop-in program. It is logged through the daily sign-in/out sheets located in the extended-day classrooms. Parents will be billed for all extended-day child care fees through the business office at the end of the month. As you are creating your child's summer schedule, please note that many morning classes end at 12:00 noon and the afternoon classes begin at 1:00 p.m. Your child may bring his/her lunch and, at no additional charge, may stay on campus in the extended-day classrooms for a lunch/recess break. Summer staff will walk your child to his/her afternoon class when it begins.

A Note on Class Size
Each week of Learning and Enrichment classes, Performing and Fine Arts classes, and Preschool Happiness Day Camp must have a minimum of 8 and may only have a maximum of 10-12 children enrolled. Each week of Outdoor Education and Sports Camps must have a minimum of 6-8 children enrolled.
