Sports Programs

A strong sense of play, healthy competition, and the bonds of shared experience are part of the reason we promote sports as an important aspect of the growth and development of our students. Through Evergreen's sports program we offer every student many opportunities to participate in a physically active community.

The foundation of our athletic philosophy rests on the desire for students to develop a spirit of cooperation, self-respect and respect for teammates. Each school year, a majority of students participate in competitive sports such as soccer, cross-country, basketball, volleyball and track and field, with many students playing on multiple teams.
