General information about how admission decisions are made, including our process and criteria.

Application forms:
Parents complete and submit all required documents beginning in October. Application deadline is January 18, 2008.

2007/2008 Tour Information:
School tours are scheduled from November through January and are segmented by grade level.  Please call the Office of Admission at (206) 364-0801 to reserve a space on a small group tour for the applicable grade on one of the dates below:

• Preschool, Prekindergarten & Kindergarten
• Kindergarten - Grade 3
• Grades 4 and 5
• Grades 6 - 8 (Middle School)

Tours are for parents only and are recommended for all applying families.

Families attend this information session when the campus is open for visitors to view classrooms, meet teachers and speak with current Evergreen families.

Applicant visits:
Qualified applicants are invited to the school for visits and screenings upon receipt of all application documents (see application checklists). Visits for applicants with completed application files will begin in January 2008.

Preschool Visits: TBD

Prekindergarten Visit: Saturday, March 1

Kindergarten Visits: Saturday, February 2 and Saturday, March 8

Grade 1 - 8: To be scheduled on a case by case basis.
