Application forms:
Parents complete and submit all required documents beginning in October.
(On line applications are available beginning October 15.)
Application deadline is Thursday,
January 15, 2009.
2008/2009 Tour Information:
School tours are scheduled
from November through January and are segmented by grade level. Tours
are for parents only, last approximately two hours and will give families
the chance to see classes in session on an average day at Evergreen.
In order to complete the application
process, we require that one parent or guardian of each applicant attend
a tour. If it will be difficult for your family to attend a tour please
contact the Office of Admission .

Families attend this information session when the campus is open for
visitors to view classrooms, meet teachers and speak with current Evergreen
families. Children are welcome and encouraged and you only stay as long
as you would like. No RSVP necessary!

Applicant visits:
Qualified applicants are invited to the school for visits and screenings
upon receipt of all application documents (see application checklists).
Visits for applicants with completed application files will begin
in January 2009.
